In 2008, she was accepted as a young student of Professor Josef Rissin at the Karlsruhe University of Music. Since October 2021, she has been studying with Professor Krzysztof Wegrzyn at the Hanover University of Music, Drama, and Media. She has further refined her artistry through masterclasses with Ingolf Turban, Midori, Mihaela Martin, Kim Kashkashian, and Ana Chumachenco.
As a passionate chamber musician, she has drawn inspiration from collaborations with Konstantin Lifschitz, Sharon Kam, Kristóf Baráti, and legendary pianist Bruno Canino. With her ensemble Trio Poème, she was included in the concert sponsorship program of the German Music Council and toured throughout Germany. Starting in the 2024/25 season, she will be a chamber music scholar of the Villa Musica Rheinland-Pfalz Foundation. Furthermore, she is a scholarship recipient of the International Music Academy in Liechtenstein, where she participates in intensive workshops.
Wherever she performs, music critics consistently highlight her brilliant technique, incredibly mature tone, and exceptional musicality. One review praised her performance as “simply magnificent, fiercely passionate, and maliciously sparkling—a fireworks display of unprecedented violin tones.” Another critique in *Kulturzeitschrift* remarked: “What was remarkable was the musician’s sympathetic humility; despite her virtuosity, she internalized the music, was entirely at one with herself, and played with an expressiveness that transcends superficial technical effects.”
Elisso plays a violin by Andrea Guarneri from the late 17th century, generously on loan from the Otten family.
