According to Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have to inform you as a user of our online information offer about which personal data we collect, process and save, on which legal basis and for which purposes this happens and which rights you are entitled to.
The processing of our users' personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of this data takes place exclusively on the basis of a legal basis and for clearly defined purposes. 3. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data results from Art. 6 Para. 1 Letters b) and c) GDPR. We process your data insofar as it is necessary to fulfill a contractual obligation or to fulfill pre-contractual measures that are necessary on your request, or due to legal obligations, such as VAT accounting or accounting obligations according to the Liechtenstein personal and
Corporate law.
If you have consented to the data processing, the data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a GDPR.
If processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests on our part and if your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not outweigh our aforementioned interests after a review, Article 6 (1) f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.
4. Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. To do this, the user's IP address must be saved for the duration of the session.
Your IP address is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These logs are used exclusively for technical purposes - e.g. B. to clarify technical problems - as well as information security; they are neither evaluated in any other way nor compared with other data.
5. Storage period
After collection, your data will be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective task to be carried out, taking into account the statutory retention periods.
For the logging data, deletion concepts are provided by the processor with the result that the data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
6. Your rights as a data subject
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Should incorrect personal data be processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR).
- If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
- If you have consented to the data processing or if there is a data processing contract and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, we will check whether the legal requirements for this have been met.

1. Creation of log files or protocol and user data
Provider and operator of the website

Scope of data processing

Plausible operates without cookies and does not store or process any personal data.
No full IP addresses are stored, no user profiles are created, and no data is shared with third parties.
The processing is based on our legitimate interest pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, as it enables us to analyse the use of our website in an anonymous manner and improve our online offering.
