According to Art. 13 General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), we have to inform you as a user of our online information offer about which personal data we collect, process and save, on which legal basis and for which purposes this happens and which rights you are entitled to.
The processing of our users' personal data is limited to the data required to provide a functional website and our content and services. The processing of this data takes place exclusively on the basis of a legal basis and for clearly defined purposes. Only such personal data is collected that is actually necessary for the implementation and processing of our tasks and services or that you have voluntarily provided to us. These are currently:
- Usage data (e.g. websites visited, interest in content, access times) and
- Meta / communication data (e.g. device and browser information, IP address).

3. Legal basis for data processing
The legal basis for the processing of your personal data results from Art. 6 Para. 1 Letters b) and c) GDPR. We process your data insofar as it is necessary to fulfill a contractual obligation or to fulfill pre-contractual measures that are necessary on your request, or due to legal obligations, such as VAT accounting or accounting obligations according to the Liechtenstein personal and
Corporate law.
If you have consented to the data processing, the data processing is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 Letter a GDPR.
If processing is necessary to safeguard legitimate interests on our part and if your interests, fundamental rights and freedoms do not outweigh our aforementioned interests after a review, Article 6 (1) f) GDPR serves as the legal basis for processing.
4. Purpose of data processing
The temporary storage of the IP address by the system is necessary to enable the website to be delivered to the user's computer. To do this, the user's IP address must be saved for the duration of the session.
Your IP address is stored in log files to ensure the functionality of the website. In addition, we use the data to optimize the website and to ensure the security of our information technology systems. These logs are used exclusively for technical purposes - e.g. B. to clarify technical problems - as well as information security; they are neither evaluated in any other way nor compared with other data.
5. Storage period
After collection, your data will be stored for as long as is necessary for the respective task to be carried out, taking into account the statutory retention periods.
For the logging data, deletion concepts are provided by the processor with the result that the data is automatically deleted after 30 days.
6. Your rights as a data subject
As a data subject, you have the following rights:
- If your personal data is processed, you have the right to receive information about the data stored about you (Art. 15 GDPR).
- Should incorrect personal data be processed, you have the right to rectification (Art. 16 GDPR).
- If the legal requirements are met, you can request the deletion or restriction of processing and object to processing (Art. 17, 18 and 21 GDPR).
- If you have consented to the data processing or if there is a data processing contract and the data processing is carried out using automated procedures, you may have the right to data portability (Art. 20 GDPR).
If you make use of your above-mentioned rights, we will check whether the legal requirements for this have been met.
Notes on the provision of this website
1. Creation of log files or protocol and user data
Provider and operator of the website
GMG AG, Weihering 73, FL-9493 Mauren, is the provider and operator of the website and acts for us as a processor within the meaning of the GDPR.
Scope of data processing
Every time our website is called up, our system automatically collects data and information from the computer system of the calling computer.
The following data, hereinafter referred to as logging data, are collected:
- Information about the browser type and version used
- The user's operating system
- The user's Internet service provider
- The IP address of the user
- Date and time of access
- Websites from which the user's system reached our website
- Websites that are accessed by the user's system via our website
2. Google Analytics
Scope of data processing
We use Google Analytics from Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheater Pkwy, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA to analyze your surfing behavior.
This analysis service uses "cookies", text files that are stored on your computer and that enable your use of the website to be analyzed. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website (including your IP address) is transferred to the web analysis service server (at Google in the USA) and stored there. These analysis services will use this information to evaluate your use of the website and to compile reports on website activity for the website operator. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser as part of Google Analytics will not be merged with other Google data.
If individual pages of our website are called up, the following data is stored:
- The first three octets of the IP address of the calling system of the user
- The website accessed
- The website from which the user came to the accessed website (referrer)
- The sub-pages that are accessed from the accessed website
- The length of time spent on the website
- The frequency with which the website is accessed
If the data collected about you can be linked to a person, this will be excluded immediately and the personal data will be deleted immediately. The last octet of the user IP address is set to zero within the main memory. For example, the IP address 12.214.31.144 would be changed to 12.214.31.0 and then saved.
We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymization. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. The full IP address will only be sent to a Google server in the USA and shortened there in exceptional cases. Google is certified under the Privacy Shield Agreement and thus offers a guarantee that it will comply with European data protection law, see: Privacy Shield.
3. Cookies
Legal basis for processing
The legal basis for the processing of personal data using technically necessary cookies for analysis purposes is Article 6 Paragraph 1 lit. a GDPR.
When you visit our website, an information banner informs you about the use of cookies for analysis purposes and refers you to this data protection declaration. In this context, there is also an indication of how the storage of cookies can be prevented in the browser settings.
Opposition and removal option
In particular, you can prevent the storage of cookies by setting your browser software accordingly. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookie and relating to your use of the website and from processing this data by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under the Google Tools link below. In this way, another cookie is set on your system, which signals our system not to save the user's data. If you delete the corresponding cookie from your own system in the meantime, you will have to set the opt-out cookie again.
