Biography
Davide Conte was born in Italy in 2006. He began studying the piano at the age of six with Maddalena De Facci under whose guidance he is continuing. He obtained the 3rd level certification of the preacademic course with full marks at Conservatorio A. Steffani in Castelfranco Veneto and now he is completing his Bachelor at Tschaikowsky Conservatory in Catanzaro. He received the professional diploma attending classes with professors Aquiles Delle Vigne, Andrzej Jasinski and Vincenzo Balzani at Accademia del Ridotto in Stradella. Actually he his attending classes with Andrea Lucchesini at Scuola di Musica of Fiesole.

Davide integrated his training with the masterclasses of the pianists Ruben Daljbaltajan, Pavel Gililiov, Daniel Rivera, Riccardo Risaliti and Alessandro Taverna. He’s a scholarship holder of the Music Academy in Liechtenstein and takes part in the intensive weeks and activities held by the academy.
In recent years, Davide participated in some national and international piano competitions. In Italy, he won the 1st prize at the “J.S. Bach Competition” in Sestri Levante, at the “Val Tidone International Music Competition”, the “International Competition Giovani Musicisti – Città di Treviso”, the “Città di Albenga International Piano Competition” and the “Città di Bucchianico – International competition for young musicians”. He also won the 1st prize in the competitions “Roma International Piano Competition”, “Città di San Donà di Piave International Piano Competition”, “International Piano Competition Giulio Rospigliosi”, “Piano Competition Città di Riccione”, “Amadeus Piano Competition” in Lazise and the “Ugo Amendola National Piano Competition” in Mogliano Veneto. In 2020, Davide won the 1st prize at the “Euplay Piano Competition for the Youth in Europe” and was selected for the “Vladimir Krainev International Piano Competition” in Moscow. Moreover, in 2021 he won the 3rd prize in the “Isidor Bajic Piano Memorial Competition” in Novi Sad, the 2nd prize in 2019 at the “Krystian Tkaczewski Piano Competition” in Busko-Zdrój (Poland), the 3rd prize in 2018 at the “International Competition Young Virtuosos” in Zagreb and at the “International Chopin Competition” in Budapest. In 2017, he was the only Italian awarded at the “International Béla Bartók Piano Competition” in Graz. Davide has been practicing chamber music since the first classes, for several years in four hands piano formation, winning the Absolute 1stPrize with a score of 100/100 at the competitions of “Diapason d’oro International Competition” in Pordenone and "Concorso Nazionale di Esecuzione Musicale Città di Piove di Sacco”. Since 2020, he plays in clarinet and piano duo. He attended the chamber music course with the teacher Federica Repini at the Luigi Bon Foundation in Tavagnacco. Actually the duo is attending the chamber music course with Giovanni Riccucci at Scuola di Musica of Fiesole.
Since Davide was twelfe, he has performed continuously in recitals in various locations including Palazzo Cavagnis in Venice, Vivaldi theater in Jesolo, Palazzo dei Capitani in Malcesine, Villa Savorgnan in Sequals, Palazzo delle Generali in Trieste, Chiostro dei Campitelli and church of Santa Maria in Campitelli in Rome, Palazzo Di Francia in Treviso and at the Monferrato Festival.
At the age of twelve, he also had his debut as a soloist with the orchestra. He recently performed the Beethoven 3rd piano concerto with the FVG Orchestra and the conductor Paolo Paroni.
