Biography
Ana Bakradze (2000) was born inTbilisi, Georgia. She started to play the piano at the age of six at the Art School of Tbilisi. Her education continued in 2014 at the Tbilisi Zakaria Paliashvili Central Music School for Gifted Children. In May 2018, she graduated from her Musical School and Gymnasium with a gold medal as the top student of her class. Since October 2018 she is a student of Professor Gottlieb Wallischat the University of the Arts Berlin (UdK).
She is a scholarship holder of the International Music Academy in Liechtenstein, where she regularly takes part in the intensive weeks and activities of the Music Academy.

Ana Bakradze has successfully participated in several international and national piano competitions. She is a prize winner at the ÒPiano Competition of Nodar GabuniaÓ in Tbilisi (1st Prize), the ÒGrand PrixÓ in Tengiz (1st Prize), the ÒAmirejibi International Piano CompetitionÓ (1st Prize), the Ò4th National Piano Competition of TbilisiÓ (1st prize), the ÒGrand PrixÓ at the 7th Republic Festival-Competition of classical music ÒFind your starÓ, and the ÒGerman Musical Festival-CompetitionÓ in Tbilisi (1st prize and the prize of the best interpretation of Bach).
In 2019 Ana was invited by the famous concert pianist Khatia Buniatishvili to perform at the Festival Pianoscope in France. There she had the honour to perform a solo recital and the final concert of the festival where she played together with Khatia Buniatishvili. Ana has performed with major orchestras including the Georgian state and Tbilisi national orchestra. In march 2021 she played at the International Kamermuziekfestival Schiermonnikoog with duo partner Benjamin Kruithof. For 2021 there are some concerts with him planned. For example the Grachtenfestival Amsterdam in August and with the Philharmonie Luxemburg in September.
Since 2019 Ana is a scholarship holder of the Ad Infinitum Foundation DAAD’s in Berlin.
